Silent Auction
Come along and celebrate the Spring at the Nimitz Elementary Family Spring Dance. This year, the theme will be Hawaiian. We have free dancing and a Silent Auction to help raise money for the School. Optionally, enjoy a very affordable family dinner with All-you-can-eat BBQ dinner. The dance is FREE and to be held from 5:30pm-8:30pm on Saturday May 15th, 2010, in the GLC. For those wishing to dine, we'll be firing up the grill and offering a BBQ dinner ($7/adult and $5/child pre-pay, $10/adult and $7/child at the event - children not yet 2 yrs old are free!). Dinner will be served promptly from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. and includes grilled beef steak, bbq chicken, musubi spam sushi, sausages, and more fixings accompanied by an assortment of beverages. There are limited seats for impromptu diners and we encourage people to reserve early if they want guarantee plates for their party. Only a limited number of non-reserved dinner tickets will be sold at the dance and it is possible that those without reservations will be turned away so please RSVP early. There's no reason not to dance the night away to the rocking melodies. The whole family is invited, so put your dancing shoes on and let's get this party started. RSVP to the Spring Dance. Save upto $3 per person off the cost of Dinner ($7 per adult, $5 per child) if you plan to have dinner. Paper Form Option.
