NIMITZ BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT Kindergarten Grades 1-3 Grades 4-5 |
The teachers
have been working hard to prepare their classrooms and the entire staff
has been getting the school ready for a smooth and enjoyable opening.
Learning should be fun, and going to school should be one of the most enjoyable experiences of childhood. Our staff is adept at creating exciting learning opportunities for children and creating a learning community that teaches kids about life and relationships as well as how to read, problem solve, and communicate effectively. I encourage you to get involved with your child's learning. As a parent, you are your child's first teacher, and no one knows your child better than you do. As your child progresses through the grades, your continued involvement will be a critical factor in their success. Please don't hesitate to call or e-mail if you have any questions or concerns. My phone number is 736-2180 X111 and my e-mail is jones_dale@cupertino.k12.ca.us. -Dale Jones, Principal VISITING CAMPUS
ALL VISITORS ON CAMPUS or entering classrooms as volunteers or meeting
with teachers MUST sign in at the office and obtain a visitor's nametag
when school is in session. For the safety of all, we need to know who
is on campus. The only exceptions are at student arrival and dismissal
times. If you are taking your child out of school for any reason,
ALWAYS sign your child out from school through the office and back in
when he/she returns.
